What we offer
Understanding your target audience is vitally important in the consumer market, but how well do you know the opinions of your target recruitment audience? Think how you might answer the following questions:
- Why would they work for us and not somebody else?
- What have we got that is different?
- What do they know about us as an employer?
- Have they been influenced by family or friends?
- How do they perceive us as a place to work? Does this stack up to the reality?
Being armed with sound knowledge about how you are perceived by the people inside and outisde your organisation is essential if you are to effectively manage your employer brand. Whether this takes the form of basic exit interviews or more sophisticated employer perception studies, it allows organisations to focus on internal behaviours and external recuitment communications that are in tune with expectations of employees and candidates alike.
Working with us
We know that organisations of all levels will undertake employer branding based research at various phases. Whichever stage you are at, we recognise that no organisation is the same and every need is different and this is reflected in our approach.
First contact
Our first priority will be getting to know your organisation so we can learn about your recruitment challenges, how the recruitment and HR team operates and then discuss the research and approach that is going to help you meet your goals and objectives.
How we work
We're quite a friendly bunch and we like to talk a lot about what we're doing. Research is the process of finding out information and as it is you that needs to use that information we expect to work more as a partner than just a supplier. Our questioning is persistent and if we're not sure about something or you're using acronyms we don't understand we won't be afraid to ask. We want you to enjoy the process and share our excitement about the new information you are finding out. And when it comes to presenting information back we are happy to produce large documents where appropriate, but are more interested in supplying feedback that people gain value from, whether this is in the form of workshops, videos or discussion forums.
Fitting in with others
Few recruitment teams work in isolation and how you interact with your internal clients and external suppliers are all important in developing research that is going to have the most value. We also know organisations have their own research teams or chosen suppliers that help them develop their consumer or product brands. We are happy to work alongside other teams and suppliers and can offer additional consultancy and expertise specifically related to recruitment and HR strategy.
Onwards and upwards
We've designed our product sectors based on those areas that are most commonly demanded by organisations wanting a tangible fix to a particular issue. However, we're here to offer a service and we will always work with you from scratch to develop the solution that is right for you. Either way, drop us a line or give us a call and tell us where you're at and we'll be keen to help.
