There are some areas that will resonant more strongly with you than others. It may be that undertaking a full scale employer branding initiative is on your list of things to do, but in the short term you're being pressed on the diversity issue, or looking to find new in-roads on the graduate market or perhaps looking at new apprenticeship schemes for school leavers.

Throughout our work we have worked in a wide range of areas and interviewed hundreds of people at different stages in their careers and working in an enormous variety of roles.
