Recruiting Unconference
These week the first Recruiting Unconference event is taking place at Barclays Tower in London.
Having not been to an Unconference event before I'm intrigued to see what the event will be like.
The focus of the event will be on social recruiting networks including the use of video from both a candidate and employer perspective. These networks have had a powerful impact on the way organisations think about and track the temperature on their employer brand - as Matt Alder discussed in the video featured earlier this year.
Appropriately, Twitter has had a large part to play in thr organisation of the event demonstrating how effectively it can be used as a buinsess networking tool.
We'll report back on how it all goes.
