Positive action has been used by many organisations over recent years to appeal to and help attract a broader talent pool.

In this video JW explains the differences between positive action and positive discrimination as well as looking at other aspects of the Equality Bill and the challenges that this could present to businesses.
In addition, there are also some interesting points raised on the gender pay gap and the Government's controversial proposal to publicise pay scales in order to try and address the problem.
